• All supplies are strictly on FULL PAYMENT BASIS
• NO CREDIT SALES are allowed under any circumstances
• Orders will only be processed, confirmed, and supplied after full payment is received and verified

Cheque Payment Policy

• Cheques must be issued in the name of All Tiles Land GH
• Orders are processed only after cheque clearance (2–5 working days)
• No supply or delivery will be made before clearance confirmation

Installment Payment Terms

• Initial deposit must be agreed (typically 60% – 80%)
• Balance must be paid within agreed timeframe
• Goods may be:
• Held until full payment, OR
• Partially released based on payment

Price, Quotation & Delivery Offer Clause

• All quotations are based on current market prices at the time of issuance
• Discounts, promotions, and free delivery/delivery support offers are valid only on the date issued
• If prices or offers change before full payment, the client agrees to cover any extra amount
• Outstanding balances will be updated accordingly

Default on Installments

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Delivery delays
• Order suspension or cancellation
• Loss of reserved stock
