1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
Products must be unused and in original condition
Items must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items

Broken items after delivery
Special/custom orders
Discounted or clearance items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos and order details
Verified issues will be resolved via replacement
4. Refund Policy
Returns are eligible for:

Store credit
Cash refunds are not standard and issued only in exceptional circumstances
5. Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return transport
If the issue is caused by All Tiles Land GH, we cover logistics
