    Confirmed orders can be prepared for collection or delivery according to the agreed supply arrangements. At delivery, products are counted and checked with the designated project representative, caretaker or responsible person.

    Where applicable, photos and videos are taken and shared with the client as a delivery record. If the client is available and requires real-time participation, a live video call can also be used during the delivery.
